We use your information only to provide the service: to generate your letters, email them to you, mail them by Certified Mail, send you tracking information and your follow-up letter, answer your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We share information only with the service providers that help us deliver your order:
Your landlord, or the person you name, receives the letter you ask us to mail. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may temporarily store your form answers during your visit so you don't lose them.
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle questions or refunds, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, it is deleted.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws can exercise the rights those laws provide. Email support@depositrescuekit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Your data is stored with access restricted to our systems, and payments are processed by Stripe on secure, encrypted pages.
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18.
